We believe in treating our bodies and minds with the utmost of care and love via holistic products that build health and wellness rather than tear us down. Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will do our best to take care of that for you. 

Refunds will not be given after 30 days. 

For returns, exchanges, or refunds, we request a notification of such need immediately, as we order directly from the companies of each product line. There may be some delay with this request but we will contact you with all steps along the way. 

Fulfillment Policy

We are distributors of the products in our Shop, but orders will come directly from those companies, not from Bluestem Wellness. We will place your orders which will then be fulfilled by the company themselves.
