What to Expect
This system is designed to work your 50+ deep core muscles. By holding your body up tall, you will be fighting gravity as the system slowly spins you in a declined position. This creates constant contractions within your core.
WHAT TO WEAR
You can wear anything from street clothes to activewear. You will want to be comfortable. You may also sweat during your session. Flip flops are not recommended.
The AllCore360 is a 10 minute workout. Each rotation is 1 minute. You complete 5 rotations clockwise, then 5 rotations counter-clockwise. 3 times a week for 4-6 weeks is ideal to see great results.
Because this is a workout, you may feel some soreness in your core or legs. But many say they feel taller and stronger after each session.
