PARKING AND ENTRANCE:

We have free parking in our lot behind our building. There is an alley between 16th and 17th Ave that you can enter from Edgehill. Our entrance says "BLUESTEM WELLNESS" on a wood door. The front door of our building remains locked. Please call if you have trouble finding us. 

*There is a lot of construction around our building right now so please allow time for finding our parking lot and entrance. If you have any issues getting into the alley, please call us at (615) 942-7439.

CANCELATION AND LATE POLICY:

Bluestem Wellness Nashville requires a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice to allow for other clients the chance to book that time slot. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be required to pay a fee of half of the service you had booked. This will automatically be deducted from your card on file. If you book a Free Consultation, we require a minimum of 6 hour notice for cancellations or you will be charged $15.00 for late cancels and no shows. 

 

If you currently have a package, you will be deducted one session from your package. If you do not show for your appointment and do not call to let us know, you will be charged 100% of the service you booked.

If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We require a credit card to be kept on file for all clients whether you call to schedule or book online.
